The construction of more than 2.2 million square feet of new indoor and outdoor spaces that will make up The National Western Center (NWC) in Denver, CO is currently underway. This new campus is designed to host innovation and research labs, farmers markets, international conferences, outdoor festivals, and everything in between.
In partnership with the City and County of Denver, we coordinated the artist selection process for the NWC Bridges Public Art project. The selected artist David Ocelotl Garcia, a local artist born and raised in Denver, will create a work of public art on the two bridges that will connect the future 250-acre NWC Campus with the surrounding neighborhoods. These projects are the long-term culmination of Public Art Services’ work over the span of three years to develop the Public Art Master Plan for this site.
We are currently providing project management services for this project.
